Slugs & Snails collects personal information directly input by it's customers into our webstore for the purposes of fulfilling your order's and that information is never used for promotional purposes, or passed to third parties. When you place an order we hold your name, email address, phone number, home and shipping address(es), billing address if different, on our system to ensure you receive the correct items. Credit card and any financial details are not held or stored with us, Slugs & Snails but are entered directly into PayPal's system, we therefore can not and do not hold or transmit any of this financial information.

As a user of our services, we may collect non-personal data about use of the website, such as pages visited, times and volume of use of the services as well as traffic data. Traffic data includes logs, details of networks, location, IP address and similar systems data.
